Minecraft server software has been updated to prevent a serious server-side crash.
According to Mojang, a security issue with the Minecraft server caused the update to occur, causing a server crash.
The Mojang team confirmed the crash to TechRadars staff, and confirmed that the bug would not affect server functionality.
“This is a serious issue, which we are investigating,” Mojang said.
“We are aware of the issue and are working on a solution.
